This might be the best pie we’ve ever made!! For the fall season there’s always pumpkin pie around, this year we said :"enough is enough! Let’s try something new!!"

This lovely pie is made from purple yam, which packed with antioxidant and beta carotene. The flavor is earthy and mild, with a little punch of spices. On top of the pie, we paired it with spiced coconut fresh cream! Sounds interesting right? It taste so heavenly and has that flair of holiday taste!!
