As what is says in the name, you will find an explosion of strawberry flavor from this cake!

Inside of the cake is alternate layers of strawberry jam and vanilla bean chiffon cake, with strawberry mousse filling in-between the layers.

We make the strawberry jam and mousse from fresh strawberries! It will be a full blown strawberry punch to your palate!!
